Mitt namn är Pär Andersson och jag har jobbat i IT branschen sedan min första anställning 1989. Jag besitter en bred och mångfaldig erfarenhet inom IT. Min kompetens vilar på 3 stadiga fundament – Arkitektur, Teknik och Ledarskap.
På detta är jag en prestigelös och målinriktad person. Jag är van att jobba i både stora och i mindre företag och i en multinationell mijö. Har jobbat med leverantörer och hanterat upphandlingar. Har jobbat med teknik och affär. Har jobbat med ledarskap på flera nivåer med upp till 40 medarbetare.
Är väl bevandrad i att utveckla lösningsarkitektur såväl som etablering av Enterprise Arkitektur. Certifierad i TOGAF och ITIL samt utfört ett antal ledarskapsutbildningar.
Arbetetade inom organisationen Platform Engineering där vi etablerade ett antal standardiserade Techstacks för inhouse utveckling. Ledde aktiviteter, dokumenterade lösningarna, hanterade och mitigerade risker. Navigerade i interna processer för att säkerställa bra och säkra implementationer.
Arbetar i Cambios EA funktion med att etablera och kommunicera EA kapabiliteter. Strukturerade arbetet inom EA funktionen. Etablerade en process och dokumentation för projekt.
Arbetar nu med teknisk projektledning och lösningsarkitektur inom nätverk, säkerhet, cloud och web. I tidigare roll arbetade jag som ansvarig enterprisearkitekt med huvudsyftet att leda, samordna och prioritera alla initiativ inom banken och facilitera diskussion, rekommendation och beslut om de olika initiativ banken tar. Organisation arbetar i stort uteslutande med leverantörer och därför har leverantörsstyrning varit vitalt. Färdigställer avtal med leverantörer.
Specifika uppdrag:
• Jag var ansvarig arkitekt och teknisk projektledare för att implementera en ny extern webbaserad utlåningsapplikation.
• Jag ansvarade för att implementera en microsegmentering av vårt interna onprem nätverk. Det innebar att vi satte varje
system/applikation på egna nätverkssegment inkl. inventering och dokumentering av varje integratiion mellan systemen. Drivet ur ett cybersecurity krav.
• Ansvara för implementation av en ny Azure API management för 3dje parter att accessa utvalda API’er.
Working as the area architect for Interior and Visual area. Architecture governance, project and solutions architecture along with target architecture and roadmaps for the area. Running the architecture forum for the area. Aligning architecture to HM future roadmap and Technology Foundation.
Started an own company consulting in Technology, Architecture and Leadership.
Working as an Enterprise Architect with customers in banking and insurance industry. Manage existing customers in terms of i.e. architecture forums. Leading solution design for customer issued RFI/RFP.
Working as the only Architect on the bank means I work with hands on technical matters along with establishing the enterprise architect function within the bank. I establish the enterprise architecture function in togaf style utilizing known methods and templates. I work with vendor relationship and establishing contracts and cooperation deals. I work with our infrastructure partner to establish a well-functioning client and server infrastructure along with deploying applications. Establishing long-term roadmaps for future infrastructure and integration architecture styles like IaaS and PaaS. Consolidation and smart establishment of things like “hotel” for applications and databases. Ensure secure and robust integration within our datacentre as well as external integration through internet. Working within the bank to establish sustainable business cases. Working with security and compliance. Establishing information security policies.
Working as an IT Architect including all aspects of Enterprise Architecture. Establishing a group wide EA practice including Architecture Development Method, Architecture Repository, Content Framework and Governance. Current chairman of the Architecture Change Control Board. Establishing Reference Architectures. Participating in activities and projects delivering Architecture artefacts like Architecture Vision, Application/IT Landscape and Technical Architectures. Performs reviews of solution design/architectures. Working within a project to resolve enterprise IT complexity by establishing an Integration Competency Centre including roles, responsibilities and processes. Secure implementation of corporate technology patterns and standards.
In parallel working as Software IT Architect I also was promoted to team lead for Software IT Architects in Sweden. The team consisted of 14 software Architects.
Working as Software IT Architect responsible for several industry segments like manufacturing, telecom and government. The purpose of this role is to present IBM Software portfolio to customers, answers RFP’s create solution designs and build proposals to clients. Working long term gaining customer knowledge and trust thereby achieve understanding of core challenges they face.
I went in and took the responsibility for the eBanking technical team consisting of 27 employees. I also got the responsibility for the System Management Infrastructure group consisting of 14 employees. (From June 2009). I managed a total of 41 employees’ throughout all Nordic countries. This role was both about people management and technical and architectural work driving the business requirements into a working platform for +100 business applications combined with System and Application Management solutions.
I applied for and was offered a job within IBM Software group where I managed a Nordic team of 30 Technical Sales and Services people. It was an interesting period where I learned a lot and successfully managed the team.
During 2004 the organization continued to grow and I was promoted to Service Line Manager (Second Level) and assigned 3 new First Line Managers. The 3 teams have continuously grown and we have kept customer focus delivering infrastructure solutions for the in-house developed business applications. Here I managed 31 employees in 3 groups delivering infrastructure solutions for Nordea. I managed the people and working with architectural and technical guidance for the team and the customer.
In Nov. 2003 the part of Nordea I was working for, outsourced to IBM in a Joint Venture. We went through a large change of the whole organization where we continued to grow our team and successfully deliver our responsibility. Now we were about 20 people throughout the 4 Nordic countries.
I was picked to start up the Product Management concept within Nordea. My assignment was to establish a standard System Platform for the in-house Java/J2EE developed business applications. At start up I basically took the employees I have had in my former position and continued from this. This was very stimulating and I was building a team that in the end was about 15 employees.
I managed a team of 5 persons working with Corporate server solutions and technical support for internal customers. Later part of this assignment was more about customer dialogues and management of activities for the team. From now on it was the management and architectural thinking part that became my path.
I was working as a consultant for IBM towards several different customers. I successfully implemented a standard workstation/server platform solution for “Handelsbanken”. Later I worked with “RFV” building and deploying a standard platform for all Swedish “Försäkringskassan”. I had shorter assignments also for “Stockholms Landsting” and “Bennet BTI”. The last 2 years as consultant I was assigned to Nordbanken deploying their new OS/2 based retail platform. At this point I was offered a job at Nordea, which I took and ended my consultant work at IBM.
I was continuing on internal IT but was going over to programming in C. I did solutions for automate printer assembling lines like process automation.
After a selection test I was assigned to a 3 months course learning IT foundations and got the opportunity to start work within the printer site’s internal IT group. Worked with PC support and installation of software to all employees on site.
My first job was to assemble printers for IBM working in Järfälla.
